The location is quiet and only a short distance from the Eiffel Tower Viewing Deck. There are large supermarkets and many amenities nearby. I enjoyed my trip and would definitely return to this hotel.

It's a simple and excellent hotel with brand-new room. Exceptionally comfortable beds, a balcony and a couch in the room. Magnificent view of the sea and islands and quiet vibe. Outstandingly accommodating and superbly friendly staff, strategic location not far from town centre and supermarket. Also, to the public beach. Good service too. Nice pool area too.

This place is located in a new building with a great spot near Tanjung Aru beach, and the staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful.

the proximity to the airport was a huge plus, and the spacious and modern rooms provided all the amenities we needed. the comfortable bed and quiet surroundings ensured a good night's rest. the laundry service was convenient, and the friendly staff made us feel welcome. the pool was a great way to relax after travel, and the nearby landmarks like Tanjung Aru Beach and Bukit Kopungit added to our family bonding experience. the only drawbacks were the lack of outdoor seating and cutlery in the room. the Aru Hotel At Aru Suites offers a comfortable stay with convenient facilities for families and travelers flying in and out of Kota Kinabalu.

Stayed here for 8 nights and didn't feel like leaving. I had a studio suite with great views, a great bathroom, and a sofa. the staff were superbly friendly and amicable.
